Owen joined the Centre as a Research Intern in February 2019. He is interested in planning and urban development, inequalities and the impact of labour mobility on the urban economy.

Prior to joining the Centre, he conducted research on the media coverage of the 2017 General Election, as well as the security threat of radicalisation to British schools.

Owen has a BA in History and Politics from the University of Exeter.
